The Norwegian players set the pace on day 1 of the Danish Junior Games proudly hosted by Blokhus Golf Center. Daniel Barth Aas has played a fantastic 67 (-5) and especially the back nine put him to the leading position by closing with – 4.
In the girls division Mia Sandtorv Lussand and Silje Torvund Ohma share a two stroke lead with an opening round of 70.
It was a non windy day, which is very unusual for Blokhus Golf Center, however players had to fight against some rainy conditions, but the course proved again to be a fantastic venues for that time of the year. The Greenkeepers have put a lot of effort to make the greens ready for the second edition of the Danish Junior Games.
Two more days to go and lets see, who will be qualifying for the GJG American Tournament Swing powered by BGGA & IJGA and hosted by IJGT!
